Haris, an eleven-year-old Bosnian immigrant to the United States, recounts his experiences of the Bosnian war and the tragedy it inflicted on his family.

Painted animation interprets his story. Haris speaks with a raw honesty about the devastation that occurred in Bosnia, which is both poignant and disturbing.
