"I am the founder of Reiniku Films, Shekinah Apedo. Before I tell you more about Reiniku Films, let me explain to you what Reiniku means.

"Reiniku is a Japanese word that means body and soul. I chose that name because my passion is filmmaking and therefore I devote every part of myself to making quality films.

"My main objective as a filmmaker is to visually captivate my audience. I believe watching a film should be a mind-blowing perceptual escape from reality, essentially that's what films are but I'm talking about this on a entirely different level.

"I want to make films that are cerebral, but that will leave the viewer hypnotized as if they've just experienced a pleasuerable LSD trip.

"As a person, I'm very interested in abnormal psychology and altered states of consciousness so most of my films will fall into the psychological thriller genre although blood and gore are a must."
