No Control involves the story of two emotionally unstable young men. Ramon is misunderstood and lost in society. Domingo, through persuasive methods, involves Ramon in supporting him during a dilemma against the underworld mob boss, Maxwell.

No control is a mélange of suspense, brutality and false friendship.
