Mirage is a story about a bio-mechanic robot who has to fill his glass chest with water in order to sustain his life. Lacking a cap on his glass chest, he has to move carefully to so he won't spill his precious water.
The robot collects water droplets from small plant stems. He squeezes the stems to squirt the water droplets into his glass chest. His task is endless; squeezing droplets over and over from the plants.
During his journey, he expends all his water and falls into a dream. In his dream, he tries to get a larger quantity of water from a huge stem. However, the water droplet becomes too big to capture. Finally, he has to take water from a ball where a fish lives. Although he knows he is taking water from another living thing that needs it, he siphons the water from the ball into his glass chest.
Deprived of its water, the fish begins to die. The robot suddenly feels regret and sorrow. He grabs the fish and places it in his chest, sharing his precious water with another living thing.
His heart overflows with awareness of the meaning of life. Now, He swims in water.
