A Unique Festival Experience

Dear Festival Attendees:

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Hillsborough Community College's 6th Annual Ybor Festival of the Moving Image, which is an official event celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the founding of HCC.

The Festival was conceived as an event that would promote film art to both the HCC student body and the greater Tampa Bay community. You will be introduced to highly regarded film professionals from throughout the country who will showcase their works and share their talents at the Festival.

Students and emerging artists will be screening their newest projects. Presentations by the HCC School of the Visual and Peforming Arts including HCC theater, dance, art and music departments-promise to make our film festival an enjoyable experience.

Our Ybor Festival of the Moving Image continues to grow in stature and importance to the Tampa Bay art scene. The flavor of the Ybor historic district, visiting artists and first-class films will provide you with a unique film festival experience.
